  1. What 90 days?, I have seen no end of Students adjusting, I am not saying it is the most popular route to stay but must be up there.
  2. Well the onus is on them and the worst possible case would be a waiver and not sure I have seen that. They would have to show Misrepresentation. Lawyer and mention of 90 days suggests they do not know what they are doing.
  3. The only problem I can think of is if you forgot to mention you were married when applying for a Student Visa, having said that I do not know exactly what the process is for Canadians.
  4. Have you read the VJ guide? 90 days is for K1 not F1 and you are married. https://www.youtube.com/@90dayfiance
  5. I suppose the first thing to do is find out what happened to SERVIS. Will it look odd absolutely. Will you be quizzed about it, I would think but no way to know for sure. Are you going back for language or your Masters?
  6. Why did you not apply for a student visa to study English in the first place? Did you study your Masters degree at all?
  7. Somewhat odd to consider the issue now. Quite how F2a will move is anyone’s guess no longer current

  10. They need to file for him now, today, no reason to delay.
  11. The people I know who drink Bud Light are the last ones to be amused by all this.
  12. I am going to assume with that history it took quite some time to get his GC Why does it matter?
  13. The best place to start is by reading the I 134, available on line and then asking for clarification on any points.
  14. There is no 10 year mark, and yes you need to include.
  15. up to 2 years, you can stay for a day if you want to. Does not impact your PR application

  17. In remarks describing the summary of the report, National Security Council spokesman John Kirby defended Biden’s decision to withdraw and stressed the work the administration did once they took office. “Despite having his options curtailed, President Biden led a deliberate, rigorous and inclusive decision-making process that was responsive to facts on the ground. He focused keenly on the need for proper planning,” Kirby said. He rejected the notion the withdrawal was chaotic. “For all this talk of chaos, I just didn’t see it,” he said. Decisions taken by Trump’s administration “severely constrained” Biden’s options for the withdrawal, the summary reads. It says Biden inherited a situation in which “the Taliban were in the strongest military position that they had been in since 2001, controlling or contesting nearly half of the country.” https://www.cnn.com/2023/04/06/politics/pentagon-review-us-withdrawal-from-afghanistan/index.html I was driving and had NPR on when this was announced, and it was discussed by 3 presenters who I know are super Progressive, even they were wondering how they could come up with this and such a meager report that did not address all the numerous issues.
