  1. I have seen much longer calculation, but we do not know how many people will die or change their mind so I have no objection with 20 but who knows.
  2. It could be longer but 20 is as good a guess as any. You can check the visa bulletin every few years to see how it is going. The important thing is filing the I 130 and securing her place in line.
  3. Seems the Husband naturalised so a Sibling petition. The U21 thing no doubt confused matters as it is not relevant.
  4. Also intrigued as to how this could happen, how would they know where she is?
  5. https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2023/jan/20/us-state-department-new-refugee-program-welcome-corps?CMP=Share_iOSApp_Other Another news thread suggested it would not be that many and will of course take time to ramp up
  6. Presumably you are a US Citizen if it is a tourist visa normally is that would not be a problem Any other issues?
  7. I did not say it could not work. obviously in some social systems it is not uncommon, I think it is fair to say in the US it is.
  8. 3 or 4 months will require a B visa. You need documentation showing your presence in the US
  9. That would be quick, but alos how it works for Immediate Relatives and he is not an Immediate Relative. https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/child-status-protection-act-cspa
  10. Age at Time of Visa Availability-Pending Time = CSPA Age Simply impossible to do the calculation now
  11. Agree seems a long shot but the sooner you file the better.
  12. OOps I misread the post, I thought the CRBA would be the tricky bit not the passport.
  13. Actually getting a K3 might be losing the lottery, just think of all the hassle still to come.
  14. I was just thinking about the Schenegen, your daughter will need a visa so I assume both her and her Mother would apply, I think only you are needed, it is your ability to pass on Citizenship that is a factor. I assume the Consulate are correct in that you need to go to Poland, CRBA would be handled in the Country of birth and that is not possible so makes sense it would be Poland.
