Best method to apply for CS1
Boiler replied to Jeff06098's topic in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures
This is a DIY site but you can obviously afford to pay a Lawyer if you wish, that is really a personal choice. It is not that difficult. Having said that is you prefer a Lawyer I would never dissuade someone from using one, just make sure they are competent. -

Mother can go an see the child whenever she wants. No one is going to believe this would be anything other than a one way trip. -
Sort of similar to Muslims marrying in the UK

That is true on the UK but I have noticed that a lot of RC Countries have a 2 stage process You can of course be too married for a K1 but not enough for a CR1

Reminds me of one of the ESPN Football commentators (Scottish) who had naturalised and was going to Liverpool to cover a game, last minute he realise his US Passport had expired so he travelled on his British one. Much studio discussion about how he was going to come back. So he turns up at the Airport presumably Manchester and they would not board him, no US Passport and no ESTA for his British Passport. He applied for ESTA and was approved, so flys out on the next flight and gets to US and explains that yes he is a US Citizen etc etc and they let him in without issue. I thought it was interesting as it showed how little the ESTA system knows. IF the guy at the PoE recognised him I do not know.

According to the report, investigators found Joe Biden’s “memory was significantly limited” in interviews they conducted with him in 2023 as well as interviews with his ghostwriter. Because of that, special counsel Robert Hur wrote in the report, investigators concluded that it “would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him – by then a former president well into his eighties – of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.” “Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” they wrote, adding that Biden “is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt.” https://www.cnn.com/politics/live-news/biden-classified-documents-report-02-08-24/index.html Watching the coverage on CNN, how can he stand after such a finding?

https://www.cnn.com/2023/06/10/sport/brittney-griner-dallas-airport-harassment/index.html Brittney Griner, the WNBA star who was freed from Russia late last year after being wrongfully detained, was harassed Saturday by a man described as a social media “provocateur” at a Dallas airport. A source familiar with the incident told CNN that around 9:30 am CT, Griner was at the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport traveling with Phoenix Mercury teammates on their way to a game. Griner was confronted by the man who was yelling at her about “the Merchant of Death.” The confrontation got so heated that the man was tackled, and law enforcement was involved, according to the source. CNN has reached out to local law enforcement and the DFW airport about the incident. “The health and well-being of our players and staff are our top priority and we will always take every step within our power to protect player safety,” the statement said. “No one, regardless of identity, should ever fear for their safety. We will be coordinating with the WNBA on next steps,” it continued. Griner’s teammate, Brianna Turner, posted to Twitter on Saturday, saying, “Player safety while traveling should be at the forefront. People following with cameras saying wild remarks is never acceptable. Excessive harassment. Our team nervously huddled in a corner unsure how to move about. We demand better.” --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I think I would recognise Bob, but any other member of the WNBA? I thought they would be delighted somebody recognised them.

I had not really thought about this other than being told when checking out at a Supermarket now is the time to enter your Coupons, what Coupons? I would assume they were overcharging up front to pay for the rebate so look for something else.

https://swimswam.com/penns-lia-thomas-breaks-200-500-free-records-in-meet-with-princeton-cornell/ Penn’s Lia Thomas blasted the number one 200 free time and the second-fastest 500 free time in the nation on Saturday, breaking Penn program records in both events. She swept the 100-200-500 free individual events and contributed to the first-place 400 free relay in a tri-meet against Princeton and Cornell in her home pool. Penn split for the day, beating Cornell 219 to 81 but losing to Princeton, 106 to 194. For some reason these achievements are not getting proper recognition by the MSM, we are likely to see new records in Ladies swimming.
