  1. Being sponsored by a USC child is probably an easier route.
  2. So you were not first Cousins? Obviously it did not help your case.
  3. Most sponsors do not attend the interview and then it seems you had a Stokes.
  4. EB-1 seems a trifle optimistic, who told you this was a good idea? It appears you are currently out of status and deportable so should leave as soon as possible.
  5. Who mentioned negative rate, well unless you mean the effects of inflation, think that is about 4%. No different to investing in a say a Government bond which pays 4 ish % and using that income to buy lottery tickets.
  6. That strikes me as being highly optimistic but you are right we will see.
  7. They could be the same, not sure if it matters. So either.
  8. Why would you raise a potential issue?
  9. Unless there is something unusual you have not mentioned I do not see it being an issue, unlikely to even be raised.
  10. Impossible to say with such limited information. Is this what your Lawyer is suggesting?
  11. You gamble with the interest not the capital.
  12. Lots of options to get married, less to get a Schengen visa.
  13. My first thought is that this is very generous of you, I can only imagine the cost. You have a school lined up? Have you spoken to the International Admissions Officer?
  14. The 75k is what she pays taxes on? Is it salary or dividends. As an aside why have you not gone I 134a? Ohh and where does SA come into this.
  15. I do not think it used to be free, well included in the adjustment.
  16. I have not heard of this, I do know that getting a Polish visa for tourism is next to impossible. Turkey seems a popular destination and can personally recommend it.
  17. Just a quick comment he is from the UK and no mention of needing to go to Europe. Obviously the personal issues we do not know, I think it is fair to say most people would adjust. 18 months or so is a long time but then again we do not know what he needs to finish off if anything.
  18. Sadly I assume many people forget to mention them, obviously you need to do so and if memory serves me the interest is tax free in the UK but not the US.
