  1. Actually Russia has similar issues for the same sort of reasons as do many other countries. Now the consequences are both challenging and not easily resolvable. Japan has been heading this way for 40 years at least, this is not a new story. Societies seem always to have a way of destroying themselves. Sometimes many ways.

  13. There are a lot of terms used that are not quite right but have gone into common usage and we know what is meant. Not sure what the situation is here a L may be more logical.
