  1. They will more likely be 46 and 47. You sponsor your sibling, spouse and minor children come into the equation when the priority date is current
  2. There was a comment about being resident in Ukraine before a certain date think it was about a year ago. However I have seen quite a few cases where the person was living elsewhere and sounds like she is still resident in Ukraine but has a temporary work visa elsewhere
  3. My recollection is that it says children and spouses do not have to be Ukranian there was a bit about being resident but that was not defined
  4. You could have pulled the I 864 at anytime prior to the GC approval. Anyway best option now is divorce and move on. Seems that he is Cuban so not like he would be deported no matter what happens.

    Yes she needs a tourist visa, bit of a wait. All down to her to apply. All you can do is see what happens
