  1. That voice! I am in favour of opening up the WNBA to all, might have to change the name, perhaps drop the W.
  2. I could sort of see it as a question if it was the other way around, but even then do not see it is an issue for immigration. But since when have men been that bothered about their SO's education achievements? In all my years I have never heard it mentioned once.
  3. I would think so, but if the requirement is for medical treatment, a temporary need that would be a likely response.
  4. White House Defends Biden's 'Cheat Sheet' With Reporters' Questions https://www.newsweek.com/white-house-defends-bidens-cheat-sheet-reporters-questions-1797164 On Wednesday, photographers at the White House captured photos that showed Biden holding a small paper that suggested the president is given notice of the questions that members of the press will ask him during his media engagements. Nothing to see here
  5. I have been hanging with people who can not spell
  6. Not sure about that, well a work visa would have the same issues. My understanding is that terminating SERVIS starts the clock
  7. There is a B2 Medical visa
  8. No doubt SERVIS was terminated Anyway all moot, Consulate have said so.
  9. Many people are creative
  10. Most unlikely 65k would not be enough, they do seem to issue these at random but also possible you made an error in completing the form
  11. Also important if it is OK in your State.
  12. That one the lady would have thought you had a compelling case such that she would have recommended you for it, can happen, obviously with such a recent egregious case it was not applicable. For example Mexico, a very long wait.
  13. You need a waiver if your ban is still current. The person who interviews you at the Consulate, like that lady did, reviews your history and would refuse the visa but give you the option of filing a waiver.
  14. You would need a waiver. 3 or 4 years?
  15. Definitely have your sibling petition you then. Your parents can also have individual petitions in case something happens to one of them.
  16. Parents 10 or so? Siblings well 20 plus, with that sort of timeline I can only guess.
  17. I forgot about that! Interesting that the questions had been pre approved
  18. Each application will have its own fee. This is something they do not you and it is pretty simple, they just follow the instructions. Now the downside of being sponsored by your Parents is that you can not marry, unless they naturalise first. LPRs can only sponsor unmarried children.
  19. Without Parents would be quickest, bit no harm sibling filing as well. Good insurance. Waiver will not be required in this situation.
  20. Ahhh Do not see the relevance of his medical situation, the OP will be the sponsor.
  21. Your Husband is the USC?
