  1. I have never heard of a spouse accompanying the USCitizen have issue because the USC needed their care. I imagine they got the standard refusal and will put it down to inability to show non immigrant intent
  2. Different situation, actually a B would be the visa for a Domestic Servant to accompany a USC on a temporary visit. Not that I am saying his wife is a Domestic Servant.
  3. I doubt that is the issue, more likely that they think she will stay and adjust.
  4. Generally people making normal tourist visits do not have a problem entering. The more you push the envelope the higher the risk they start taking notice.
  5. 200amp seems common for most new installations where I am, now I assume most people most of the time use a fraction of that, the question is what happens if home charging becomes common, I doubt the distribution system assumes everybody is maxing out their panel.
  6. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-64582985 I doubt they will do this to US Citizens and everybody has their risk tolerance when heading into a war zone.
  7. Technically Birth Tourism is not illegal, it does seem fround upon. How would they know who the father is, not that I think it is relevant.
  8. Another B application would need another Emergency Appointment to meet your timeline and I do not know if that can be done.
  9. The only other thing I could think of is Humanitarian Parole. But that is a Hail Mary, and that system is seriously backed up. Were you ale to a Visitor Visa Emergency Appointment, not sure they would allow a second.
  10. She can apply again, but I would not rate her chance of obtaining a visa high.
  11. Have you applied for ESTA Was it approved?
  12. Men’s rights are Human Rights Now there have been a few more of late, surfing comes to mind. Also the Scottish National Party managed to get themselves into a mess, quite amusing.
  13. K1 is very rarely a good idea and they said they cover Spouse not Fiancée
  14. That is odd, I have seen plenty of cases of spouses in the US illegally being covered under Health insurance, assumed that was the norm.
  15. I saw mentioned elsewhere following the expansion to 4 other countries There are a lot of applications There are a lot of duplicate application There are it seems paid sponsors for those who do not have somebody to sponsor them I would imagine all of this would slow things down
  16. You would need to contact your Health Insurer and ask. Or HR. It would be down to the plan rules. Multiple long B visits are not recommended, each entry is at the discretion of the CBP
  17. You can certainly own guns as a LPR And there are certain jobs reserved for US Citizens, but not that many, for example I know somebody working for the Police who is a LPR and I think California has gone beyond that and allow DACA to join the Police etc. Foreign language on air?
  18. This is your sisters child, if she is coming as a nurse she can bring her daughter..
