  1. My understanding is the K1's are heavily backlogged in Manila so I would not assume anything happening quickly.
  2. I know in Colorado Denver Public Schools has the highest funding but the worst results, I thought I saw mention that Baltimore was the third highest funded in the nation.
  3. There is some truth to that, the war in the west and the war in the east were quite different so different lessons were learnt.
  4. The visa bulletin link above shows that it does vary by Country. Where he works is irrelevant.

  6. No If the child is a USC not relevant and if not there are no derivatives
  7. The magic phrase is CRBA, you need to notify the local consulate of your child's birth, get a Passport. Most likely the send child is also a US Citizen.
  8. I lost this thread, perhaps because of the merge. Just look at the resources used in Iraq to write down their air defense and this is nothing compared to what Russia can put together. Could a full Nato Air Force take the Russian system down to such an extent that they could obtain Air Supremacy, possibly but it would be a concentrated major effort and there would be losses, possibly substantial. Ukraine's system is based on Russia's, now not nearly as effective but has been effective enough to keep the Russian Air Force away. Planes like the A 10 can only operate in a permissive environment. So not going to happen. Ukraine basically needs a long range air to air system to keep the Russians away, they seem to be adverse to losses, so probably would not need that many planes with a long range threat to keep them back from the front line. And a plane that can operate in a dispersed fashion, start building facilities for say the F 16 and they become a very obvious target that the Russians can take out.
  9. The bottom line: Gradually, our confidence grew. We never felt range anxiety again — even when the battery level fell below 10% and the dashboard flashed orange warnings. Yes, but: We learned a lot from the challenges we faced, and we'll share our key takeaways in an upcoming story. What's next: We'll be heading north again in a few weeks on a different route, so stay tuned.
  10. How old are the children?
  11. I saw the article when it first came out, and yes a lot of the price rise is down to political decisions. The article is talking about long term investments that could reduce future bills, I see issues, California is moving away from gas and any such investment will be spread over many years and charged to an ever declining user base.

I am not sure if this is legitimate or somebody having a laugh but a week or so I saw something suggesting that someone had found a way around the censorship and got it to answer blocked questions
