  1. You only have one A number, well more precisely you should on have one A number.
  2. You would have been told if you were in removal. You were out of status. Have you done a FOIA? Do you have a Lawyer, you can expect to be grilled, this looks very suspicious. You could of course sail through the process but that would be unusual. What would your ex say if they bang on her door?
  3. I assume legally they are making the decision. There are a lot of weird people around? It does seem fashionable.
  4. Being Cautioned is a UK thing and it is a yes to the first question, it is an admission of guilt, you can refuse a Caution. They changed the wording a few years back on the ESTA/VWP so you can still get approved with a minor issue. If the OP still had the Passport then they could have travelled on the old one together with the new one.
  5. Obviously not all VAWA claims succeed but my impression that most do, some need help and this seems one of those. I assume she has a divorce lawyer, one thing about returning home is whether the Father is agreeable, presumably she wants to take the Baby with her?
  6. I am not sure if I have mentioned this but I used to work in Insurance and I was never involved in Medical Malpractice but I did do Professional Indemnity. When I first heard about this the liability side was the first thing I thought of. If I was in charge of the Hospitals Risk Management, and we are talking about Mega Corporations, I would be shouting NOOOOOOOOOO. How are you going to persuade a court that somebody who wants to chop their ####### off is of sound mind? It is a contradiction in terms. And then add children into the equation? Put it in front of a Jury?, just a question of how big the cheque will be.
  7. It is to some degree anybody's guess, none of us are prescient, mine would be 18 months.
  8. Possible But how long does it take to find out what happens next? That is a lot easier and quicker than getting married. To go through the EB process takes years.

What exceptional ability have you demonstrated? If I googled your name would I come up with lots of articles in Architecture publications?
  10. The issue is more coming back, leaving is not an issue, I assume you expect the Passport to be in your hand to return.
  11. Yup Now that would be a LDR and some. Not convinced F2a will get that backlogged for various different reasons. Hopefully the OP will come back and let is know what their plan is.
  12. You would need to have a Plan B, even it was India you may have a feel for the average but you do not know how long your case would be.
  13. My first thought was the unknown timescale, nothing seems to be quick, how long do you have?
  14. It could be 6 but that seems pessimistic The odd thing here is she is leaving in 2 days and now you ask,?

I do not think this is a premium processing, did I miss it?, so that is probably past.
  16. Another Country is not going to accept an expired passport.
  17. We strongly encourage you to pay the USCIS Immigrant Fee after you pick up your immigrant visa from the Department of State and before you depart for the United States.
