  1. They do not seem to be able to think what the consequences will be.
  2. There is no one standard of residency.
  3. I understood it to be a pain to matty in Thailand.
  4. Presumably the Employer knows about this, does their Immigration Lawyer?
  5. You recently overstayed and have a history of long visits. My first thought is what do you do that allows such long holidays. i would not allow for a B now, quite how long you need to wait well I do not know your circumstances.
  6. So this is a job not subject to the Cap or did you come up in the lottery?
  7. Seems good from my point of view, the usual issue with self employed is too many deductions reducing the figure below the 125% bit sounds like this is not that case here.
  8. We have a mega thread, possibly 2 with people sharing their travel experiences.
  9. I 551 stamp in her passport There should be note in the system it was issued, but not a tracking number
  10. Though, the State Department did have good news in the April 2024 visa bulletin. The Department provided potential movements we can expect over the rest of FY 2024. The State Department, provides the following breakdown: F2A (Spouses and Children of Permanent Residents): Up to three months And then you expect it to move 4 years?
  11. So she filed a couple of years ago, next thing to happen would be a couple of years prior to the Priority date becoming current, say early 2040's? Nobody knows precisely. So I would diary it for 2040 and see how things have gone, you should have a much better idea by then how much longer it will take. Whether the son will come up or not depends on how old he is and how much longer the I 130 takes to get approved, he really needs the I 130 to take a long time.
  12. Have you considered Utah on line? Joint sponsor needs to be a USC or LPR domiciled in the US. You can probably fudge domicile, perhaps go back just before the interview with a job etc. To sponsor the son is the same as the wife, file an I 130, you do not need to do both at the same time.
  13. It does not really matter how long the I 130 takes as long as it is completed before the the PD is current. And the longer it takes usually the better if she has or will have children, does she have children? They do not seem to rush the I 130 knowing it does not really matter. Not sure where you saw the 10-15, but basically she files the I 130 and then basically forget about it, maybe check in 2040 and see how they are going.
  14. Joe did say that if you did not vote Joe you are no longer black so sort of makes sense.
  15. Minor children when the PD becomes current can be included. Ditto any Spouse at the time. Actually it is good that he does not have any children now as they are more likely to be included.
  16. Even if the ladies complaining are non white, how does that work? Do they become honorary white.
  17. How long have you been in the US? What are your ties to Mexico? Does your College know that you are out of status? As an aside you are of course deportable if apprehended. Parent sponsorship c2050 I would think, when you are talking about these sort of timelines it is always anyone's guess. Unless I am missing something with your history a F1 is going to be a big ask. TN is also a non immigrant visa.
  18. This year’s Super Bowl viewership can be neatly divided into four segments: Those who like football and Taylor Swift, those who only like football, those who only like Taylor Swift, and those who like neither but are, for whatever reason, watching anyway.
  19. I just noticed and I have to work! Just wondered what other people indigenous persons are doing to celebrate.

  21. https://www.cnn.com/2023/06/10/sport/brittney-griner-dallas-airport-harassment/index.html Brittney Griner, the WNBA star who was freed from Russia late last year after being wrongfully detained, was harassed Saturday by a man described as a social media “provocateur” at a Dallas airport. A source familiar with the incident told CNN that around 9:30 am CT, Griner was at the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport traveling with Phoenix Mercury teammates on their way to a game. Griner was confronted by the man who was yelling at her about “the Merchant of Death.” The confrontation got so heated that the man was tackled, and law enforcement was involved, according to the source. CNN has reached out to local law enforcement and the DFW airport about the incident. “The health and well-being of our players and staff are our top priority and we will always take every step within our power to protect player safety,” the statement said. “No one, regardless of identity, should ever fear for their safety. We will be coordinating with the WNBA on next steps,” it continued. Griner’s teammate, Brianna Turner, posted to Twitter on Saturday, saying, “Player safety while traveling should be at the forefront. People following with cameras saying wild remarks is never acceptable. Excessive harassment. Our team nervously huddled in a corner unsure how to move about. We demand better.” --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I think I would recognise Bob, but any other member of the WNBA? I thought they would be delighted somebody recognised them.
