    Are you talking about the style? I very rarely sign anything now, if I want to replicate my 'standard' I have to practice a few times and even then it is different to what I used to do when I was signing stuff every day.

I would submit a legal brief, now the School issue may well be Country dependent.

    I can talk to the insurance aspect, the Insurer would have sent an Adjuster for that amount, I seriously can not see them paying it it was a manufacturing defect

    Can they get Insurance yes What will it cost, no idea especially as you have not started and we could be looking at 2026 I would mention that Insurance does not by any stretch cover everything and is annual and presumably there is an expectation they will be here for a long time.

    The OP came here on a tourist visa and had a child on Government expense, should have been something paid for by Travel Insurance. Tried to obtain another B and of course was refused. Child is a USC and presumably has a US Passport Agree with the Cat re options. Is the SO the father?
