  1. Worst case scenario is you file a I 130/485 package. Seems a no brainer to me and I seriously doubt resources would be wasted in this sort of case.
  2. As long as she has an excellent pension, she can buy Insurance through the ACA, I know my Mum it would not have been financially possible, too many medical issues. Good Luck
  3. I assume you are talking about a D3, first you need to be otherwise approval, a D3 can waive a lot but not quite everything and it is of course discretionary and down the the Officer to recommend. It is free.
  4. All the Lawyers you consulate were aware that you had met once? It would not be an instant denial, they would send it back.
  5. Just thought of another example, so here it is CDOT who I have had dealings with. So if you are working for them the rule of thumb is to double your normal price and round up. Something I learned the hard way. Anyway they had or have a rule that if there is so many accidents along a stretch of road they put barriers up. And this section of road near me triggered this. Everyone told them those was a really stupid idea but they went ahead at great expense. The issue here is wind driven snow and the barriers acted as a snow fence dumping snow on the road, the plows were running 24/7 but could not keep up. Next summer they were removed.
  6. Well not just US law. And yes Genders are confusing. So did they marry?
  7. There is no such thing as a free lunch. Some years back in the days of my youth there was a major disaster on the Underground in London, so as is often the case they spent a ton load of money on improvements, it was demanded. Well these had to be paid for and the fares obviously increased. Were there potential other issues that should have been a higher priority but were sidetracked obviously yes. Will a lot of money be thrown at this project yes but as it goes you can only spend it once so other bridges that need attention will be pushed back. Obviously it is not just transportation.
  8. I would put a lot of money on that they all voted Joe. At what point should they take some responsibility, actions have consequences. https://www.cnn.com/videos/us/2024/03/29/nyc-women-serial-puncher-tiktok-cprog-orig-ht-mb.cnn More and more women are turning to social media to say they were hit in the face out of nowhere on the streets of assaulted in New York City. CNN spoke to half a dozen women who shared their alarming stories.
  9. K1 is a bad option There is a term we use here, too married for a K1 not married enough for a CR1. Register and file the I 130
  10. To be a derivative you need to be a spouse or a minor child. It is not an infraction, she is not married, well was not, has she married now? You can not bring partners, they need to be legally married.
  11. Currently, goes up every year LPRs are allowed out of the US
  12. This year’s Super Bowl viewership can be neatly divided into four segments: Those who like football and Taylor Swift, those who only like football, those who only like Taylor Swift, and those who like neither but are, for whatever reason, watching anyway.

  16. https://www.cnn.com/2023/06/10/sport/brittney-griner-dallas-airport-harassment/index.html Brittney Griner, the WNBA star who was freed from Russia late last year after being wrongfully detained, was harassed Saturday by a man described as a social media “provocateur” at a Dallas airport. A source familiar with the incident told CNN that around 9:30 am CT, Griner was at the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport traveling with Phoenix Mercury teammates on their way to a game. Griner was confronted by the man who was yelling at her about “the Merchant of Death.” The confrontation got so heated that the man was tackled, and law enforcement was involved, according to the source. CNN has reached out to local law enforcement and the DFW airport about the incident. “The health and well-being of our players and staff are our top priority and we will always take every step within our power to protect player safety,” the statement said. “No one, regardless of identity, should ever fear for their safety. We will be coordinating with the WNBA on next steps,” it continued. Griner’s teammate, Brianna Turner, posted to Twitter on Saturday, saying, “Player safety while traveling should be at the forefront. People following with cameras saying wild remarks is never acceptable. Excessive harassment. Our team nervously huddled in a corner unsure how to move about. We demand better.” --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I think I would recognise Bob, but any other member of the WNBA? I thought they would be delighted somebody recognised them.
  17. I had not really thought about this other than being told when checking out at a Supermarket now is the time to enter your Coupons, what Coupons? I would assume they were overcharging up front to pay for the rebate so look for something else.
  18. https://www.givesendgo.com/daniel_penny $315k as posting, it went up $30k in 10 minutes?
  19. https://swimswam.com/penns-lia-thomas-breaks-200-500-free-records-in-meet-with-princeton-cornell/ Penn’s Lia Thomas blasted the number one 200 free time and the second-fastest 500 free time in the nation on Saturday, breaking Penn program records in both events. She swept the 100-200-500 free individual events and contributed to the first-place 400 free relay in a tri-meet against Princeton and Cornell in her home pool. Penn split for the day, beating Cornell 219 to 81 but losing to Princeton, 106 to 194. For some reason these achievements are not getting proper recognition by the MSM, we are likely to see new records in Ladies swimming.
  20. https://igotstandardsbro.com/ What are the chances to find the man of my dreams? Seemed somehow appropriate for VJ
