  1. When responding to your email they will look at what it says in the system and reply accordingly. It would be logical to have standard templates to avoid having to re wright each one.
  2. “This action incentivizes illegal immigration and will irreparably harm the Plaintiff states,” the suit filed in federal court in Tyler, Texas, says. Under the policy, which started taking applications Monday, many spouses without legal status can apply for something called “parole in place,” offering permission to stay in the U.S., apply for a green card and eventually get on a path to citizenship. But the program has been particularly contentious in an election year where immigration is one of the biggest issues, with many Republicans attacking the policy and contending it is essentially a form of amnesty for people who broke the law. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said in a statement Friday that the plan “violates the Constitution and actively worsens the illegal immigration disaster that is hurting Texas and our country.” https://apnews.com/article/immigration-citizen-spouse-biden-d02243b21b8490c912008b896a83bcd2 The headline is misleading, but they are talking about the extended Parole in Place. I 601a still is available.
  3. Actually that is not that bad a deal, gets worse as you accumulate age and issues. My Mum was paying the same as the Airfare for a 2 week trip. Annual Insurance has a maximum trip length duration, I have been out of the biz for a long time and forget what the norm is.
  4. What I think on the general subject is in my mind irrelevant, all I know is that it seems most are approved,. Now I do not know the quality of the applications but the cynic in me thinks USCIS are not that bothered.
  5. They do not ask just for what is on the SAR. Presumably you do not need a waiver?
  6. You might have him check Travel Insurance, gets tricky once you hit 80.
  7. We have a list of why filing for a spouse is better than a fiancee, and this particular scenario is not covered but the general issue of it being an overall longer process and being in limbo land is.
  8. VWP erequires proof of return on onward travel, return presumably here. DCF is not an expedite, just quicker. You can still try an expedite with the regular process if you have a valid reason.
  9. Those times are most likely wrong, it is taking a year ish for cases where a Visa is immediately available and there is no rush in a F4 case. Actually the longer the better. Total time depends on your Country of birth btw.
  10. You seem to be playing fast and loose with you status, will you now be back for good?
  11. I said they might need legal help, now there are people who can put a waiver together but there are also people who probably can't. It is unusual for a well prepared waiver to be denied.
  12. Amazing how both sides of the Pond seem to operate in a similar fashion, perhaps they share tips?
  13. The way the OP described their position it seemed to me that showing a significant Medical risk would be tricky. I have certainly seen on here people review their position when they find out how long it takes, what is involved, how much it costs, so worthy of mention.
  14. People have certainly had them done, now I do not know about Honduras and how they are handled or recorded.
  15. You could try the NoA but I would not be surprised if they will want EAD.
  16. There was something I was listening to about the difference in gender voting patterns. It made me think apart from Male Birthing Persons who would vote for Kam?
  17. There is a guide Now I am a strong DIY advocate but even I would have second thoughts on doing this and I know the basics.
  18. www.aila.org As far as I know any competent lawyer could handle this sort of case.
