    You need to file the I 485, they process independently and assuming your intent is to adjust the I 130 alone does nothing as far as status is concerned. I assume you are a Nurse?

    Petitioners are USC's they do not have Consulates. If she is Italian she can certainly interview in Italy.

    Well assuming they do not want a Constitutional Monrch, the power is largely symbolic. Rubber stamping. The anti Monarch party went quiet in the UK when Trump forst came in, I may have made a comment on a thread about OK you do not want Monarchy, you would rather have a Trump style President?

    I assume it is a very small Consulate, very rarely gets any mention here for any visa category, which can be good and bad.
