  1. CRBA would be filed at the local Consulate not in Houston
  2. Well yes she would need to be free to marry, I would also expect TPS to be extended. Given enough time and I expect most Countries to be on TPS.
  3. Are you a USC? Normally marry and adjust would be the logical option.
  4. Somewhat significant difference between Egypt and CA
  5. Without entering there would be no basis to file.
  6. No two cases are identical but the general situation is very common. You probably gathered that none of those participating in this thread was that surprised.
  7. Local Supermarket was offering $20 yesterday starting with a $3 winter bonus in addition. And benefits. I would assume it is more in CA. They have had the signs up for a very long time.
  8. I have seen these a few times, but not I think recently. There was a spate at one time from the Philippines. Based on those and yes anything can happen I would expect the spousal case to be denied as the OP does not have a basis to petition wife. Will they do anything about the OP, maybe not at the top of the list unless he comes to their attention but nothing he can do as far getting any benefits. I suppose parent could petition again and he could go and interview in many years no doubt need a waiver. Now if someone has gone through that process I have not seen it.
  9. Remember the Philippines is the K1 capitol of the world, the Consulate have seen it all, heard it all, your situation is very common.
  10. I suppose a lot depends on why you have been unemployed.
  11. Egypt Filed I 130 Withdrew I 130 Filed new I 130 Do you have a joint sponsor?
  12. I think I have seen that in my local ACE
  13. You could certainly sue them, that is the only way I know that will work. You can call the 1 800 number
  14. Deep trouble so yes a Lawyer but a Lawyer can not change the facts
  15. If it is with the Court USCIS have no basis to process an adjustment.
  16. Assuming she is eligible she may want to naturalise, keep her options open.
  17. K4 is for the child of K3, nothing to do with your situation. I think this is all about tourist visas, you have moved around a bit. Is your wife abandoning her US residency?
  18. To visit they need a B visa which may be an ask but is easy to apply for. Must admit I thought you wanted them to immigrate, I would imagine most other people did. College would be a F1 student visa.
  19. You are living in PI and want them to be able to travel with you when you visit the US?
