    Plenty of people have talked about it, not sure I have seen anybody do it. One downside with the HP recently is that timelines are much longer.

    I would be inclined to get the Passport sorted out first, CRBA may take some time BTW US Citizens are supposed to be entering the US on their US Passports. I can only think that you got through as the PoE for whatever reason thought the child was Italian

    Unusual for a lawyer not to be involved. I think the few I have seen have been people in the US so they would have had no issue

    File for them all, your Parents can also file for your unmarried sibling when they get here, must remain unmarried

    There are very specific circumstances where a K1 is better. Obviously there is hope that timelines will shorten but no way of knowing when that may happen With the obligations that come with marrying I can see delaying is a risk management factor for some. All a question of balance.

    Is it 5 months after applying for Asylum you can get EAD? Anyway this should really be directed towards your friends lawyer. I understand there may be a way to extend parole but have yet to see anybody do it, ditto Lawyer question.

    I believe that is what she was angling for, no doubt there was a substantial settlement.

    Did you file for EAD with the I 485? Otherwise he just needs to renew his E2, actually I would do that anyway.

    I would imagine most people hand around, not sure if they mail passports internationally.

    It would be reaffirmed by USCIS and sent back to Ghana. I do not know how they deal with them on their return, assume you go back in the queue.

    It seems to vary by Consulate but usually they dot test for drugs without a reason
