  1. You posted on page 16 of a thread of people discussing their visits during the process I am also not sure if you need a new ESTA when you renew your passport, it would be easy enough to check
  2. Not how it works, leaving aside the chance f being admitted with that history, a B2 is a non immigrant visa..
  3. Government Officials do, I was just giving you your options, I know very little about your case.
  4. Further education in the US, STEM subjects preferably, can lead to a GC
  5. I seem to remember Mary said they would have 25 EV Models by now and didn't Joe say they were No 1 in EV's. https://cleantechnica.com/2021/11/19/president-biden-claims-gm-led-the-ev-revolution-what/ While touring General Motors’ Factory Zero, President Biden claimed that GM “electrified the entire automotive industry” under CEO Marry Barra’s leadership. He also lavished praise on GM for its plans to shift to an all EV lineup by 2035. “In the auto industry, Detroit is leading the world in electric vehicles. You know how critical it is? Mary, I remember talking to you way back in January about the need for America to lead in electric vehicles. I can remember your dramatic announcement that by 2035, GM would be 100% electric. You changed the whole story, Mary. You did, Mary. You electrified the entire automotive industry. I’m serious. You led, and it matters.” Not only is this an actual lie, or dramatic misunderstanding of the market, but GM, Ford, and others wouldn’t even be focusing on EVs if it wasn’t for another American company that is the actual world leader. Tesla not only has the largest market cap of the entire auto industry, but it’s the only company that is producing electric vehicles at scale and doing so successfully.
  6. https://www.latimes.com/environment/newsletter/2023-03-09/white-drivers-are-polluting-the-air-breathed-by-l-a-s-people-of-color-boiling-point Like many Angelenos, I spend a lot of time behind the wheel of my car. I drive from my Westside apartment to Dodger Stadium near downtown and farther east to hike in the San Gabriel Mountains. I take the 405 Freeway north to the San Fernando Valley to see friends, or occasionally south to the L.A. Times office — or to the airport, where I grow my carbon footprint even further. So I couldn’t help but consider my own complicity while reading a new study from USC researchers, finding that Angelenos who drive more tend to be exposed to less air pollution — and Angelenos who drive less tend to be exposed to more pollution.
  7. https://www.reuters.com/business/autos-transportation/gm-take-up-15-bln-charge-voluntary-separation-program-2023-03-09/ Zero surprise, very badly run company that seems unlikely to make the transition,
  8. A Lawyer would normally look at the totality of the case. Never seen a Senator do anything
  9. 2 years for Parents, maybe quicker. Brothers 20 something years, you can follow the Visa Bulletin
  10. Same deal, eventually they will interview at the Consulate and enter on an immigrant visa.
  11. That would come up at the Consulate interview, so if refused and a waiver is available you will be offered the opportunity of filing one
  12. Adjustment is applicable for parents if they are in the US, an I 130 each is what you need.
  13. A woman but not a birthing person.
