  1. Humanitarian Parole is for 2 years, sort of like a long visit visa with working privileges. I wonder what happens after the 2 years are up.
  2. Depends on what you are waiting for I suppose, there seems to be a lot of confusion most of it deliberately caused. Especially when you have such a vague process, always wondered if I would have a good claim for asylum using the most generous interpretation. Anyway not as if anything is going to get better anytime soon. More likely to get more interesting.
  3. I have no idea what the number is, I seem to recollect it has been 11 million for as long as I can remember If you can have EAD for at least 10 years, probably a lot longer, I would go for that.
  4. https://www.cnn.com/business/live-news/silicon-valley-bank-collapse-updates-03-13-23/index.html Bank stocks plummet as Biden tries to rally confidence
  5. The Banks aka the Bank Customers will pay, so who are they?
  6. Depends I suppose if resources are redirected, there will be definitely be some additional load no matter what happens, most will want EAD etc. Most cases on here will not be involved with ICE or the Courts anyway. Those that are yes. It will be what it will be. It does make me wonder about how the people who work there respond, OK you are getting paid and you have a job for life but must seem pointless.
  7. That is a lot of data, the articles I have seen tend to confuse multiple issues. If I read it correctly the 10 years is just to get to the first interview. I have seen people who have commented about waiting 7 years before this. And of course this is just the start of the process, I could see it taking decades by which time of course other opportunities could have arisen.
  8. US regulators bail out SVB customers, who can access all their money Monday https://www.cnn.com/2023/03/12/investing/svb-customer-bailout/index.html No way Joe was going to leave his mega donors in the lurch
  9. I am going to assume she will seek entry under B2 Her return ticket will be a bit of a clue as to how long she wishes to visit and she will be asked.
  10. Fairly obvious that her plans do not include her child. Not an Immigration issue.
  11. Some checks are easier than others depending on which Consulate is involved.
  12. No If a K3 is issued, I think less than 10 a year and not sure why those were issued, then the time between an IR and a K is minimal. Some people file a K3 on the basis that it speeds up the IR, now some years ago it did appear that may have happened.
  13. The few I have noticed being approved recently had been filed 2 years ago. That is all we got, file now and it could be very different.
  14. Ticks the boxes Zeeshan Aleem Zeeshan Aleem is a writer and editor for MSNBC Daily. 15. If there is ever Immigration reform then it is likely F4 will go, it makes very little sense.
  16. If you are just coming for a couple of months then the GC is not the right route you can just visit. GC means you are a Legal Permanent Resident not a tourist.
