    CSPA is not granted, it always applies. the longer the I 130 takes the better in your situation, seems about 2 1/2 years to deduct.

    How would they enter? I assume they entered as Visitors probably VWP, Journos seem confused in this area. Would not surprise me if there is not an overstay in there.
