    Has she applied for a Tourist Visa, it is a pretty simple process. You could certainly apply for a K1, it does require you to show US Domicile and I assume a joint sponsor. There are work visa's, no such thing as a teaching visa and cannot tell how realistic that would be to find a school to sponsor her. K1 is likely to be 18 months or so.

    I assume at some point in time you filed an I 130 as I do not see how you could have filed an I 601 otherwise. Did you keep that I 130 alive?
