  14. i know India have some law banning Dowry, seems not very widely enforced and still a cultural thing. I am assuming the family should get the Dowry back after divorce and that did not happen.

They have been married 4 years, how many cases do we see on here that do not meet the 2 year mark and have no issue removing conditions etc. Lets say there was an issue regarding Dowry payment and a prior marriage, something ICE will get excited about? Seems like a lot of work for something that is not even an issue in the US. And that would not be a marriage fraud issue anyway.
