  1. These are all life issues, not Immigration. All the Supermarkets etc around me are hiring now if you are not here, you can not start for an unknown period well you have your answer.
  2. Sounds like you need a Plan B then if staying with her Mother is not an option.
  3. I assume the children are USC's so they could come with him and the wife hang with her mother if needed.
  4. It is a numbers game, the number that can be issued has not changed. EB2 NIW used to be very rare, I seem to see them all the time now so inevitably the PD will suffer
  5. And if it makes sense to move to F1 from F2b, he can keep F2b even of they naturalise.
  6. Not sure where you are getting those timelines, 8 years for F2B for those that applied 8 years ago, applying now is much longer, Plus it seems it will be 2 years before they can apply and he needs not to marry etc.
  7. If you file for him now he is looking at the late 2040's. Probably. Find him a new Girlfriend?
  8. My Grandmother never learnt to read or write in her native language, you were not allowed to use it at school. Still not sure why this is an issue now.
  9. https://www.marca.com/en/football/psg/2023/04/14/6439521022601d2a248b45b8.html Moroccan international Achraf Hakimi has become a trending topic across the world after his wife discovered he owns nothing despite earning millions of Euros with Paris Saint Germain and the Moroccan national football team. This discovery was made during ongoing divorce proceedings in court after his wife, Hiba Abouk, filed for divorce and asked for half of all the property and money the footballer owned. To her shock, she discovered that Hakimi, 24, had registered all his properties and monies in his mother’s name, and whenever he needed anything, he would ask his mother to buy it for him.
  10. Family is out so he looks for a job with a Company that will sponsor him or looks at an investment visa if he has the money. What does he do, what are his qualifications, his degree? UPS driver is not going to hack it.
  11. You are applying for a family reunification visa, you need to show US domicile. So most Consulates show some flexibility and people can normally get by showing plans that they are in process. You are sort of showing the opposite. By all means try and you never know but it looks a weak case. I assume you have a joint sponsor lined up.
  12. She has been here 50 years no mention of having any difficulty speaking.
  13. If you do not tell them how will they know?
  14. Presumably the father is ok with the child immigrating and you have the necessary permission
  15. You report it to the police so they can press charges if appropriate otherwise maybe something for Child Services. I am going to assume you need a lawyer
