    I have not paid too mich attention to I 824 processing but seem to recollect they have been taking a year, obviously none of us know the future.

    Actually and I think I have mentioned this the Medical Malpractice/Insurance issue is going to be outstanding. Medical Malpractice is written on a claims made basis, a lot of these people will be left high and dry.

    When I was 7 I went to school by myself, either by bus or train, 6.7 miles according to Google Maps. I find this sort of thing weird. And yes a lot further north and in the winter it was dark.

    I think every I 824 I have seen has been due to online failure. I tend to wonder if this was done wrong are there other mistakes? Obviously you do you.

    The only reason to file an I 824 is if you had specified in the I 130 that they would be adjusting and not Consulate Processing.
