  1. Each application will have its own fee. This is something they do not you and it is pretty simple, they just follow the instructions. Now the downside of being sponsored by your Parents is that you can not marry, unless they naturalise first. LPRs can only sponsor unmarried children.
  2. Without Parents would be quickest, bit no harm sibling filing as well. Good insurance. Waiver will not be required in this situation.
  3. Ahhh Do not see the relevance of his medical situation, the OP will be the sponsor.
  4. I sort of assume her visiting the US is not on the cards, but maybe I am being premature.
  5. Parents or sibling is going to take a looooong time, so the sooner they file the better and a waiver will not be needed.
  6. They told you to come back in 10 years, if you are hoping for them to recommend a waiver maybe a try a bit before then. Not required, I have seen plenty of people DIY a I 601, depends really on you and how much work you put in. http://www.scottimmigration.net/content/i601memo
  7. No waiver specifically for Dreamers, D3 is a non immigrant waiver. Most well prepared I 601's are approved.
  8. There is a waiver for an Immigrant visa I 601 There is a waiver for a Tourist Visa D3, obviously the Consulate did not think you warranted this.
  9. Brother can file for you if USC LPR Parents can file for you assuming you are not married USC spouse can file for you.
  10. I know quite a bit about waivers. Your ban did not take effect u til you left, nothing changed in 2022. You are not in the US. Immediate family can mean all sorts of thing. Good information = good answers.
  11. Utah marriage. You still need to visit her before you can file. Maybe in Nigeria as the process will take a couple of years. Or just marry in Nigeria..
  12. Reassess my situation in 2032. They told you.
  13. https://www.nilc.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/med-services-for-imms-in-states-2023-3-23.pdf This is an interesting chart on how it varies by State.
  14. Medicaid is likely to be a better bet, being 84 I would have thought it unlikely she worked in the US unless she delayed Citizenship a long time. There are probably advantages to Medicare, I can think of one, but I can think of many more for Medicaid, make me wonder if anyone has done a comparison.
  15. Appears all this worked out to your benefit I would be concerned about how long you will be away and if you will breach the 6 month mark Maybe just easier to file anew when you are ready
  16. You hopefully can see why they do not make a determination on such evidence when things can change so quickly
  17. However you phase it the last one is going to be 5, you need to show $40k or so anyway so why mess with it?
  18. Do you have all the proof you will be returning?
