  1. There are a lot of H2bs near where I am, the Ski resorts bring them in and I am sure that includes catering. I think the Walmart I was in this afternoon also does, but they Al seem to be from somewhere in Africa. The City Market does as well. Also look at a J1.
  2. K1 entry is single entery 90 days. As long as he leaves before the 90 days he is good.
  3. I visited during the process, many do, we have a mega thread on it. Nothing you have mentioned suggests major issues.
  4. I 130 can be kept open by contacting them regularly, at least annually. The normal process can be delayed which might be more applicable for someone just needing a bit more time.
  5. I tend to mainly watch Hacking after the event as his shows rarely time with my availability. Now he is about as pro immigrant as a Lawyer could be, but even he gets frustrated with the people who call in who clearly have fake claims, I am sure there are a lot less scrupulous Lawyers who will talk a client into the correct sort of application. They seemed to have dropped them recently but there have been plenty of examples on CNN/CBS/BBC etc where they have covered the caravans heading north and the people they have spoken to have not had legal advice, most do not seem to understand what asylum is supposed to be, seem to think it is just a term to be used that will get you in. I can see why it was introduced 70? years ago, but it has become so corrupted as to be beyond a joke. And of course the few genuine cases get swamped by all the others.
  6. It is not a renewal it is essentially the same process as you went through to get your first one.
  7. The thing about the BBC is that it is State organisation, no direct equivalent in the US, why would a foreign government be helping funding one of its operations, really weird. There are no end of other examples. Can you imagine the response if there was National Broadcaster in the US funded by taxpayers and it was found oput they were also taking money from foreign governments.
  8. No asylum applicant should not have a Lawyer Most applicants do not have a valid case but it gets them an EAD and a SSN, many seem to find a USC to marry If refused by USCIS then they will end up in Court and it will be for an IJ to decide. Usually this takes many years. I was watching Hackings show on You Tube a week or so ago, there was a lady on there, she had a UK regional accent with a bit of something else thrown in, she had come in on the VWP and applied for Aslum a few years ago and her case had gone through the system and been denoed but she had found someone to marry. Anyone can apply for asylum, I alwayswondered if I could have made a case.
  9. The American Government was funding the BBC.
  10. UNWRA is associated with terrorist organisation and they employ them I do not see how he could have answered the DS questions truthfully
  11. How has he been maintains the US as his legal permanent residency?
  12. I you bring one spouse to the US on a H4, divorce that one then try to bring another, well they may wonder what is going on.
  13. H4 is dependent on a lawful marriage to a a H1b, just a thought but your current H4 is in the US? and will depart on or before the divorce. Yes
  14. US Consulate would have no issue with a US Divorce.
  15. The ones I have seen have been nearer 18 months but not sure I have seen any this year?
  16. 2 visits totalling 5 months should not have been that much an issue, were they back to back?
  17. I assume they have limited capcity, enough demand to fill that with emergency appointments so do not do regular appointmnets. Leave those to other consulates.
  18. How long is several months? Does sound like shge is playing with fire.
  19. "The HSRA has spent $13.7 billion in total, including $1.6 billion on professional marketing materials and consultants. The only partially completed segment so far connects a field and an orchard and has cost $1.4 billion for 22 miles of raised dirt; along with 11 overpass structures. Zero feet of track have been laid to date. i wonder what percentage of the population of California who were alive when it was conceived will still be with us if it is ever completed
