  1. You have AP or you expect to get it by then? How did your wife enter
  2. If I get a Tesla do you think the DMV would allow me to get a personalised number plate - SWASTICAR?
  3. Ski resorts would be obvious
  4. I have never heard of a DMV requiring this, I have heard of DMV crew ups, loads of those.

There is no limitation with respect to the availability of any document because of sex or age. Marriage Certificates can be issued by the municipality government; however, for immigrant visa cases the U.S. Embassy ONLY accepts those issued by the Central Registry of Nicaragua (Consejo Supremo Electoral).
  6. The issue has been people not registering when they should as you you need to. Not sure how they picked it up, DMV?, but good they have. In the mean time watch Full Metal Jacket, well the beginning covering Boot Camp.
  7. I think they mean that they had children in the US not that his wife is a USC. They seem to miss the important bits.
  8. Now I think of it I think New York allows you to marry the same person twice? Why etc no idea, but married since would not change.
  9. New one on me, how can a marriage be legal for the Feds and not the State? Now certainly have come across marriages which are not real marriages. You have not mentioned the Country, we can tell you what a legal marriage looks like. As an aside I have never been asked about a Marriage Certificate at the DMV.
  10. Does not seem a biggie and you have 5 years good moral charachter if it was.
  11. I remeber seeing quite a few of these cases with Cubans who were LPRs commuted crimes, could not be returned? lost their GC and were placed in limbo land withholding of removal. This guy entered illegally, arrested send to Immigration Court, defensive Asylum claim rejected, did marry his GF and was put in WoR as the Judge held it was not safe for him to return? Combination of him being a gang member, threatened by gang members, who knows. Assuming his wife is a USC it would be a long process first the I 130 then the I 601a.
  12. You do not see many K1s from Pakistan, for obvious reasons. And I am pretty sure they do not issue such statistics, well I have never come across anything like that.
  13. Longer they take to approve the I 130 usually the better
  14. 3 months would be quick, I have seen some quick ones recently not sure how common it is. I would expect them to tell you what you can see online.
  15. Agreement with Parents Costco crd Sam's Club card Credit cards Phone bill SSN was the first thing I got so I had it before we filed to adjust.
  16. I have seen just a couple of approved SB1s and I do not think they ever went into details. A very rare situation.
  17. If she had flown in I would think it would have been quicker, the delays seem to be most obvious when people try to enter by land and they have no status in the Country concerned, well Mexico and Cananda.
  18. They are processing cases from 1st January 2023
  19. EB1, EB2, EB3 EB4? All have very different processing times. The stereotype for PI is Nursing and EB3
