    It is subjective but 6 months compared to 18 months plus would seem to quailfy DCF seems to take around 3 months so I would use that as my timeline, of course like anything in life things can change

    Did a Lawyer prepare the waiver? There is no set time for a expedite application to be reviewed, last I saw they were taking about a month, and then of course the actual waiver would need to be reviewed.

    I am guessing of course the basis of the expedite but certainly less than obvious and I assume it has not been approved.

    Have you ever been arrested or convicted for a crime that resulted in serious damage to property, or serious harm to another person or government authority? Have you ever violated any law related to possessing, using, or distributing illegal drugs? I will be contrary and say no for ESTA/VWP. Under the old wording I would have said yes and I assume they loosened it for a reason. I do agree that they ask have you ever, not can we find it, is it still recorded etc.

    Well are they getting them approved now not sure, have they been approved in the past it appears so.
