  1. On that basis he is current and a visa is available.
  2. Fight what, he either qualifies or he does not. The main routes to move to the US are through Family Sponsorship, Investment or Work, DV Lottery may be worth applying for depending where he is from. Once his parents become LPRs they can sponsor adult children who are not married, if he marries then he will need to wait until they naturalise before they can sponsor him.
  3. Cobham was very swanky and is probably more so now, the Pubs were part gastro restaurants but there were a couple I liked, well in the G&T belt.
  4. History teacher Vanessa Brown, 50, spent seven-and-a-half hours in a custody cell on March 26 this year, following a claim she had stolen two iPads which were traced to her mother’s house in Cobham, Surrey. Yet it transpired that the two devices belonged to her daughters, and Ms Brown had merely confiscated them to encourage them to focus on their schoolwork, a fact Surrey Police has now acknowledged. “I find it quite traumatic even talking about this now,” Ms Brown recalled. “At no point did they [the officers] think to themselves, ‘Oh, this is a little bit of an overreaction for a moment, confiscating temporarily her iPads and popping over to her mum's to have a coffee’. It was just a complete overreaction. https://www.lbc.co.uk/news/uk/surrey-police-uk-mother-arrested-childs-ipad-vanessa-brown/
  5. I use the Notes feature but I do get a better finish using my printer.
  6. I am not aware of anyway you could directly apply to an Immigration Court, so you would need ICE to take the case, which begs the question on what basis. lets say they do it would be many years before the case was heard, and appeals tc he would have reached the age of majority. But by then he would be a USC so he would need to be de naturalised. Perhaps if he committed a felony before he naturalised?
  7. The U.S. Citizenship Act of 2021, which included the LPI program, was not enacted into law. The LPI program was a provision in a bill that was not passed by Congress.
  8. To answer your question No Sounds more like a Parenting issue not immigration
  9. I have not seen any, my suspicion is that many children in this situation just visit and adjust, which is clearly not kosher.
  10. If she has an older child I did K1 and well wrong choice with benefit of hindsight
