  1. Well I have seen similar cases, not admittedly at this Consulate, where they have been successful.
  2. Well this could go anywhere but as it involves mega blue cities, Boulder is up there with Berkley, I thought I would post it here.   13. These seem to be Mean Tested benefits so with you in the picture as a Spouse they will need to be assessed and presumably many will go away.
