  1. Yes More are selected than are needed so keep both going.
  2. North Africa I can talk about, by the time of Kasserine Pass it was just a question of time for the Axis forces. Allied Air Power, plus the ongoing Naval campaign meant there would never be enough supplies, they should have quit before then. The one thing sort of relevant particularly to this discussion is how Generals who failed were relieved, now that was not necessarily a career death sentence, perhaps not just a good fit, certainly was for Fredendall. Back then they needed competency, now not so much.
  3. Sponsoring agency, do you mean Employer.
  4. Biden aides discussed a cognitive test but decided against it, book reveals Debate around Joe Biden’s mental acuity and his age was a critical issue during the run up to the 2024 election https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/may/04/biden-cognitive-test-book
  5. Police disband pro-Palestinian camp at Swarthmore College and arrest nine activists Some students were also temporarily suspended as other colleges respond with disciplinary action to protests https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/may/02/swarthmore-students-suspended-pro-palestinian-camp
  6. Not in this context. Well put it this way find a case on here who have had such an issue. Or anywhere else.
  7. 15 1/2 months is standard, I think you are confusing the enquiry with regular processing.
  8. Will Scotland be next to feel rise of Reform UK? https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/ckgrwwwey6xo?at_campaign=crm&at_medium=emails&at_campaign_type=owned&at_objective=conversion&at_ptr_name=salesforce&at_ptr_type=media&at_creation=[86732_NLD_NEWS_LOCALELECTIONSPECIAL_DEFGHIGET_WK18_SAT_3_MAY]-20250503-[bbcnews_scotlandnextrisereformuk_newsscotlandpolitics] The SNP had a couple of conflicting issue, supporting Islam and LGBT, well T, and the illogicality sort of spelled their demise, Labour have similar problems, the Cons are a busted flush so the field is wide open. Interesting times US is different but I am sure if there was a realistic 3rd option they would do well.
  9. Why, just saying what I would have done in your situation, it is of course up to you.
  10. I think I would have filed, presumably there is one ready to go?
  11. You are adjusting through marrying a USC, you overstayed, they know you did, it is for want of a better term forgiven so I would be over the top honest with the situation.
  12. Huh Strongly suggest you take a break from the media
  13. That would be an issue for the Family Court
  14. Remove conditions For which she needs the Divorce Decree
  15. You said there is a Certificate of Divorce in your first post. It does occur to me that the ex wife would be better dealing with the US Courts, child support I 864 enforcement division of assets whatever..
  16. Immigration Paralegal? Is that a notario?
  17. She can get one no doubt. She will need one to remove conditions
  18. You definitely need a lawyer to advise you, not the one you spoke to, a competent Lawyer.
  19. It seems this case has been going on nearly a year so I assume that that an I 130 has been filed, at least the OP has a Lawyer.
  20. Very unusual for an expedite to be approved based on the medical issues of the beneficiary. Just to get it right you married before you divorce had been completed, filed an I 130 that was refused because your marriage was not valued. You remarried, then what did you file another I 130 or are you going DCF?
