  1. Remove conditions For which she needs the Divorce Decree
  2. You said there is a Certificate of Divorce in your first post. It does occur to me that the ex wife would be better dealing with the US Courts, child support I 864 enforcement division of assets whatever..
  3. Immigration Paralegal? Is that a notario?
  4. She can get one no doubt. She will need one to remove conditions
  5. You definitely need a lawyer to advise you, not the one you spoke to, a competent Lawyer.
  6. It seems this case has been going on nearly a year so I assume that that an I 130 has been filed, at least the OP has a Lawyer.
  7. Very unusual for an expedite to be approved based on the medical issues of the beneficiary. Just to get it right you married before you divorce had been completed, filed an I 130 that was refused because your marriage was not valued. You remarried, then what did you file another I 130 or are you going DCF?
  8. You have to be a Citizen to get a Passport of well any Country. She can travel on AP did you apply for AP?
  9. It is up to the Beneficiary to remove conditions, so I would leave it in her hands, she is an adult, her call.
  10. I seriously doubt it, you need to go home. Nothing knew.
  11. You can get Cadburys in the Supermarket, did not taste right, look closely and it is made in South Africa. Brown Sauce obviously. Branstons The rest I have learned to live without.
  12. SSN is the first thing a K1 gets so that should not be an issue.
  13. In this case seems he needs EAD
  14. Remember there are a lot of dumb people out there, and they still get to vote.
  15. My money is on a screw up, I do not speak Spanish, well just a bit, and you are better able to com pare know what is issued, I would put a brief together expaining this is the proper license and why.
  16. I am not sure it is not DIY, lots of people have done it themselves. The fact you are asking suggests it is not DIY, needs a lot of research and focus. K1 or CRI well IR1, I prefer IR1. So marry, file the I 130, after 18 months or so goes to interview, has a 10 year ban, will be allowed to file a waiver, I 601, they seem to take about 2 years to process, not quick or cheap, if they need further help they should join.
  17. In my State I needed EAD, have a look as to how long they allow new residents to get a License.
  18. Not a lot of sympathy for DV and Gang members, but as I understand it the law he was deported under is not impacted by withholding of removal.
  19. Eligibility Criteria You may be eligible to receive a Green Card as a widow(er) if you: Were married to a U.S. citizen at the time they passed away; Have an approved Form I-360 either automatically converted from a Form I-130, or filed within 2 years of your spouse’s death (or no later than Oct. 28, 2011, if your citizen spouse died before Oct. 28, 2009, and you were married less than 2 years); Are not remarried; Were not divorced or legally separated from your spouse at the time they died; Can prove that you were in a bona fide marital relationship with your spouse; and Are admissible to the United States. So no I 130, he could have petitioned her and the then child but did not do so. Usual visit options, what are they trying to do?
  20. I would rather not pay in but have not found away around it. I am not familiar with the details of the CAA but would be surprised if it offered Public Assistance. No other Adjustment based programme does. Well that I know of. Something they need to look into.
