Met in Paris, engaged in Ghana, moved to London and our son Benjamin was born in London in August 2007. When Benjamin was 6 months old Kwabena and I made the decision to start the K1 process. It took me from April 08 - November 08 to organise all my papers, find a US job and get established in the US after having been away for 14 years. I finally submitted out I-29F in late November 08. God be with us and let this time pass quickly.
