Not this admin. Patriots don’t sell their country to foreign interests.     Keystone pipeline had no benefit. The bottleneck is in Cushing. After Wink to Webster (currently under construction since trumpies didnt build anything in four years but a mountain of memes and a sagging wall) is completed Cushing won’t be a bottleneck and Keystone XL may make sense. Otherwise the canadian crudes through XL and US crudes compete for tank and pipeline capacity which constrains US crude production.

    USCIS doesnt reject the visa nor do they make this call. The Department of State IO’s at the embassy who interview you do. It is not possible to appeal it. It is returned to USCIS to die and every couple I’ve seen rejected for engagement parties has had to get married and start over. This comes up all the time here. AFTER rejection. You have a chance to avoid it. Don’t do this dude.
