    If you intend to file the I130 and interview in Canada then I485 is not needed I864 will not be filed until the I130 is approved and sent to the NVC to prepare the documents for interview.

    Dont care what they do as long as they do it way up there. Washington and Chicago and Philadelphia and other wonderful utopias have courts. They can process “asylum seekers” there and those “asylum seekers” can wander their streets waiting for their cases to come up. Texas is doing our part. The busloads are just a fraction of what we deal with.
