Tim (USC) and I (Canadian) met in Hawaii in June of 2006. We were on the same trip together. We really didn't meet until the end of the trip, and it was after we got home; he in South Carolina, and myself in British Columbia; that we started to email each other. Our only intent was to become friends. But during the time we got to know each other; emails, chatting, and phone calls; that we discovered we were very attracted to one another. My first trip to see him after Hawaii was in Feb. '07 and we just kept on travelling back and forth. On Oct. 15, 2008, on a trip in Orlando Florida he asked me to marry him!!
