  1. Just give it a few hours or even days for the letter to be uploaded to your account. You can find it under the Documents Tab in your account. Knowing the JAX office it'll be end of January or even in February.
  2. Thank you all for the congratulations! I guess there were enough applicants that passed so that they scheduled another oath ceremony! Just received notice that the ceremony will happen on 12/23 in the afternoon! 😁
  3. Another step done, interview passed today! 6 super easy questions, so easy that I barely can remember them. Reading and writing done, then questions about the application. I did find a red light ticket I got in 2018 when purging paperwork last week, brought that in and mentioned it right after the test. The officer added it to the file, determined it wasn't a disqualifying event and double checked that it was reflected in the application. Then just chit chat and he approved me on the spot. First approval of the day and he was happy "it has been a rough morning". Then he triple checked my name since I did not request a name change (I did not change it when I got married 18 years ago so I do not have the desire to change it now). Minutes after I left the building I received several emails and status changed to "Oath ceremony will be scheduled". Ceremony will most likely be in January or February since the JAX office does not have any scheduled for December.
  4. oh wow, that is really long. Fellow JAX filer here, applied 6/22 and have my interview on 12/3. I am so sorry.
  5. I know. I am usually the first one to point that out in a different forum specifically for German filers. It's just funny because it happened to another user today as well. I have been here in the US for 15 years now and it was never really an issue or an absolute requirement for me, so it can take as long as it takes My Interview is 12/3, I had the PDF of the letter in my account not long after the email.
  6. Just received the email that interview was scheduled. Woot woot! Of course no notice under the documents tab yet, will check again tomorrow. And the time estimate jumped from 2 months to 7 months until case decision. And I said yesterday to my husband that I do not expect anything to happen before 2025 FO is Jacksonville FL, filed 6/22 under 5 year rule
  7. Me just sitting here checking my emails every morning, and my USCIS account. Nothing, nada, zilch, babkes... 🫠 We wanted to do a West Coast vacay in September, guess it is safe to book it. JAX seems to be on the slow side of all field offices. I only had to deal with them once to renew my 10 year Green Card in 2019 (came her with an IR1, so no AOS or anything) and that went smoothly. How is everybody else holding up?
  8. Hi all, I guess I should join your ranks after being absent from visa journey for quite a while. I waited until my home country (Germany) allowed dual citizenship before filing for naturalization, like a few others. I filed 6/22 online under the 5 year rule. Immediately received the NOA and biometrics waiver. Field office will be Jacksonville, Florida. Here’s to hoping it progresses fast, hope the background check goes fast since I had one done last year due to my husband’s work (federal service). That’s usually the hold up.
