Spouse has been back and forth from USA-Philippines for the past 4 years on a tourist visa. Suddenly found a really good business opportunity here in the US and would like to move here permanently instead of living in Philippines. So I filed Petition and AOS on Dec 2008 on spouse's behalf. Approved by 3/30/2009.
