we cannot just spend Money on food for hungry people just because it sounds good, what we need to do is get analysis on what our money is buying us, what about a little compassion for the taxpayer?

Trump: "I'm the most compassionate president ever!!!  I'm going to give that $190 billion cut from the food stamps program to those who need it the most...wealthy taxpayers and large corporations."

Even after a year, if i decided to get married in my country and file for a marriage visa, it will still cause problems?

I have seen cases here on VJ where it was a big problem. In one case, the new petitioner contacted the previous petitioner and pleaded with him to withdraw his old petition.  The previous petitioner did so.  If I remember correctly, the old petition was several years old, had long ago passed its one-year expiration, but was still in the system.

Edit: I believe the beneficiary was denied at her first interview because of the old petition, and that's why the second petitioner contacted the first petitioner.

  3. The petition is going to be a problem even after it expires.  You should wait a while until the petitioner is in a better mood, and then ask him to withdraw the petition.  You can even write the withdrawal letter for him and email it to him.  That would make it easier for him.

If you cannot get the petitioner to cancel it. That will cause problems if you ever get petitioned again.

    ^^^This.

You must get your petitioner to withdraw the petition.  The petition will expire in one year.  However, it will still be in their system and it will cause a future denial.

hi - i was wondering if this was at all possible. i would be very keen to do so! please can you share how you did it? what documents you need to provide? i will soon be arriving on a k1 and my fiance has a wells fargo account. thanks.

If I remember correctly, Chinook scanned and emailed two pieces of ID.  I took those to the bank and opened a joint account.  A week or two later, I received two debit cards from Wells Fargo in the mail.  One of the debit cards was in Chinook's name.  I used FedEx to send it to Chinook.
