Andrew & I met in October 2005 at work in Phoenix, AZ. We have been together since Nov 05. We moved in together officially about Sept 06, but we pretty much were alway together since Nov 05. Andrew was in the US on a work visa, he went back to Jamaica on June 2, 2007, and was planning on only staying down there until Sept 07 to spent time with his family. When he was suppose to come back he went to the Embassy for his interview to update his work visa, they put his visa on hold for 6 months because he got a extension in 2005 and they told him he owes his home country 6 months because of the extension he was given. His 6 months was up Dec 2, 2007, but then his job told him, they couldn't sent his paperwork through until next year. So we waited and in April they decided to tell him, that his job is no longer available. I then went down in May and we got married on the 16th. I sent the i-130 petition on Aug 13, now its the waiting game.... I cant wait until he gets back because my life has been on hold since he left in June 07.
