Hi, I was happily married for twenty-eight marvelous years to my college sweetheart. In September 2006, she died unexpectedly from a heart attack. I knew I was not suited for life as a single widower, so I began a worldwide search for another soulmate. I corresponded and traveled to Mexico, Philippines, Ukraine and the United States. After many letters and high hopes, I saw an ad from a beautiful Ukrainian woman from Kiev. I wrote to her and she responded! This was in December 2007. After daily E-mails for two months, I asked if I could come and meet her. I traveled to Kiev in March of 2008. She was all I knew she would be! I proposed to her in the bell tower of St Sofia's Church. We sent our Fiance visa packet in April 2008. We are very close now to her calling for a interview date at the US embassy in Kiev.
