There has been a large amount of discussion - in my community - about one of the newest Russian laws. That all Russians - with green cards, and citizenship - must register with the immigration department. Here is some information that was passed around here in my community: http://www.garant.ru/hotlaw/federal/557998/#review and these are the documents that I made to print so they could have a tear off portion.
