it has taken over a year to have Judith's annulment finalized so we can finally start with our k1 visa and also the 2 children that are coming with I would never think of leaving them in the philippines with their lola to take care of them so I sent in the forms on 9/17/08 and the uscis go tthem on 9/18-08 so we are on our way with such along time with the annulment we learned much more patience so it should help with this process
