i filed for my husbands legal residency on 06/29/06
we have been married since 06/21/02 we have 2 children and are suffering this separation.
my husband went for his appt, to ciudad juarez on may 9 2008 and found elegeable for a waiver I601 wich we applied on 6/18/08, but was found insufficient hardship....... i am waiting to get an answr in the mail since.....
