No, Im not communicating with her. She is a very attractive woman. Im the type who can't remember where I laid my wallet but can remember all images I look at for some unknown reason. When I saw your profile picture I remembered seeing it on a dating site. My search parameters were small so I did not browse through 100's of profiles at a time.

Its good you are aware of all. Like I said Im not here to judge your relationship. The information you were giving was opposite of what I see in the profile. Many times this is a red flag. I wish you luck in your journey.

So, I thought it all strange. Maybe your not aware of all things or you stole a picture from an active member of a dating site to use elsewhere.

Please contact the consulate with any questions about visa issuance, or if you would now like them to forward the petition to a different consulate."

I received the same message on my notice word for word. Im too confused with the information. I see other NAO2 which use the words "forwarded to the Department of State or NVC. Mine also stated the consulate name it was forwarded to.

Another November approval:

Sent to Texas November 14

November 19 receipt date for NOA1 and transfered to CSC

Changed Alien number notice on November 21

Approved December 4

Receive NOA2 hard copy November 9

I filed a K1 petition. My receipt date was November 19 from CSC.

Today in the mail I received a NOA2 approval notice. The petition was approved on December 4. I was not prepared for the quick approval. Actually Im shocked of how fast it came.

But my question is the wording on the notice. It says " The above petition has been approved, and forwarded to the listed consulate " (Moscow). Does this mean it has already been through the NVC and is on the way to the consulate? I assume I will receive more information? I read I should call and get a different case number?

As for the cost, any way you choose to receive your edcuation, you still pay the government for the delivery of this universal human right.

This is why many people call it a terrible law for the American people. I have done some research of whats in it also. Its amazing some of the stuff that it addresses.

Its also why it took arm twisting to get the votes. If they are honest with themselves they will see it for what it is. But they wont because its about idealogy instead of what the law does.

How naive you are. I have worked in the finance industry, and fully understand how audits work. An auditing team will come to the business to evaluate the original documents and to chronicle procedures and measures. They do not however go to the CEO at the conclusion of the audit with a hand out saying "you owe us $1,000,000; pay up now". You receive their findings in the mail with a list of payment options. If you do not oblige them with a response, they will take the aforementioned steps.

You really should read things better and comment on topics that you are familiar with. Clearly taxes and audits are not one of those subjects.

I dont guess you have seen an audit first hand. wheather you are an individual or small business they will actually come in and set up shop. The couple I witnessed took about a week. They went thru every financial document in the office. Then made a decision if enough was paid.
