It is possible. 2 one month trips over a span of 4 months then returning to request another 2 month trip may cause CBP to question - how can you afford so much time off of work? What ties do you have to your home country? Are you able to support yourself while in the US in terms of cost of living, insurance, etc. What ties can you bring to support that you are NOT living in the US but only visiting? Good luck

K1 Fiance Visa
canadian_wife replied to snowwbunnny's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
Excellent point, my question should have been if an FOIA was done with the correct agency. and yes, the initial filing is free but the fees can stack up for search time, translation time or copies. Sorry I wasn’t clear. -
K1 Fiance Visa
canadian_wife replied to snowwbunnny's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
If you are concerned about the fingerprint data, you could consider a Freedom of Information Act request. It is not a quick or cheap process but that my give you the answers you are seeking. Good luck -
What do you advise I do?
canadian_wife replied to imenivity's topic in What Visa Do I Need - Family Based Immigration
The B and J visa you are referencing are non immigrant visas. Meaning that the reason you want to go to the United States is not nearly as important as the reasons you must return to your country. So focus on that, what is preventing you from staying months in the United States? Good luck -
Marijuana is still illegal federally and citizenship is federal process. I see USCIS issued a policy alert in April 2019 that states: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is issuing policy guidance in the USCIS Policy Manual to clarify that violation of federal controlled substance law, including for marijuana, remains a conditional bar to establishing good moral character (GMC) for naturalization even where that conduct would not be an offense under state law. Good luck

Young and broke LDR couple. Do I have to apply for a B2 before a K1?
canadian_wife replied to MC852's topic in Tourist Visas
Have you met yet - in person? And to answer your question - your chat logs are secondary evidence. There will be much more emphasis on being together, spending time in the same place - not how many times single words appear in your chats. Good luck. -
This is such a bad idea. CBP are very well trained at detecting things like this. What if they call your employer to verify your employment? What if they see you have a 2 week trip booked and they limit your trip to 2 weeks? Then you must return home with no job? No one on here is going to condone or support your plan. I suggest you plan a trip for 2 weeks, return to your home county, continue to work until you move to the U.S. on your K-1 visa. Good luck

She must answer the questions honestly, what do you have concerns about?

Hi, good afternoon Could you please give us some more details. What was the reason for the exclusion order - to the US or to Canada? How long ago? What country is this 'friend' originally from? Good luck

F1 Student Visa's for my niece and 2nd cousin
canadian_wife replied to RJSL526's topic in Student & Exchange Visitor Visas
I went through the student visa process for university. However, elementary and middle schools are different. Have you contacted the school (typically private) that the children will attend? Public schools do not offer F-1 visas so the private school should provide you with more information. Good luck -
Chances of denial again after previous denial
canadian_wife replied to Joshua2000's topic in Tourist Visas
I'm sorry, but entrance to the US is never guaranteed for visitors. The CBP knows better and may have been trying to placate you. Please understand this important aspect. Out of curiosity, why did you overstay? Good luck -
Sadly no, it is a long process to buckle up and start reading the entire process for Canadians. Like what will you do for health care once you move to the US? The only consulate that does visa interviews is Montreal - are you prepared for that travel? Do you have your long form birth certificate and vaccines updated? Good luck

Online wedding then I-130

Curiosity is killing me, do you have the link? Good luck -
Canadians do not need a tourist visa. I was denied entry to the US twice, then admitted for a very short trip. But each situation is different. I do wish you luck - but do be prepared for another denial, as SalishSea already stated, no CO can 'wipe' the denial off the record. And if asked at interview #2, he must tell the truth.
