Can I leave the US once the I-130 is filed? Is there any need for me to be physically present in the US after it's filed?

Yes you can leave the USA and go to your country if you are not from USA they dont need you to be present for the approval of your case with the I-130 petition. I am not in the states and my case is approved. You are still going to be present at the US embassy in your home country. Goodlucks.

Yesterday i got an email that my i-130 petition was approved on 11th thank god so what is the next step please anyone there tell me what else to do...

I got an email that I-130 and K3 filed for my wife are approved at CSC. Actually I called USCIS this afternoon to see if they upgraded the I130 that I field as an LPR (recently I became a citizen). I don't know if that helped, but the thing went through. Anyways, thanks a lot to the members of this forum. It was a great source of help and hope.

I have one qucik question, now that both are approved which one will NVC pickup? Can we call them and let them know (do we have a choice)?

Congratulations i am one of u that was approved together i tracked my case online also and found it approved so what is the next step who is there to tell me what to do. Please help me out i dont know anything about this. Thanks
