We met in 2005 at a McDonald's in Beijing while I was working there for 3 months. I tried to bring her to the US for a visit soon after but it got too complicated! We talked on the phone every month or so for three years. I went back for work to Beijing for April and May of 2008. We spent the entry two months together. I came home and purposed to her over the phone. She said "Yes". I am going back in Oct. to do it in person. I will apply for my I-129F when I return in Nov.
