Are there other sights a person can go to and see progress of I-129F? And if so, will you tell of them?

I have a question. Would this letter be alright to add to my I-129F petition for proof of being married with in the 90 days of my fiancees arrival?

"This letter is to certify my commintment to HIS NAME that i will gladly help in trying to secure a visa for his fiancee MY NAME to come to the United States so that they may be married. They are hoping to be married in Spring 2009 at Evanger Lutheran Church of rural Grand Forks \. I have gladly consented to preside at their wedding ceremony. I understand that MY NAME is a resident of Russia and would need to be granted a K-1 visa for her come to the United States and be married. I respectfully request that such visa be granted, so that this couple may be married"
