God, I'm soo happy for you guys! Congratulations! Can u tell us, please, when the USCIS also will update your status. I just would like to understand how many days it takes for them to post an approval.

We also just got another touch today! I'm a little more excited (yet cautiously so) about this one. I was attributing yesterday's touch to my phone call yesterday, but for two touches on two consecutive days......I'm hoping and keeping my fingers crossed that my file is finally out of the box.......

I really don't understand how all this processe works. My fiance called yesterday the USCIS and we've got touched next day, just like Don. I don't know what to think, but it's very very weird. Now I'm wondering: Is there anyone who called and talked to someone (live) at the Customer Service and didn't get touched next day? Maybe this will help to understand if there is any connection between the call and the "touches".

"I know how hard it is to wait! We got our NOA2 the same day you did. It's hard to believe...but we're pretty much on track. They seem to be working hard on late January and dabbling a bit into the beginning of February. Hopefully we'll hear something in the next week or two!

Yep, you're right. We've got our NOA1 the same day. OOO, that would be soooo great to have an answer next week or two. Anyway, we should be close, they are working on feb petitions already and approved the petition from feb 8th so we shouldn't be so far .

Hey guys! Any news? I'm a february filer too. We've got our NOA1 on feb 14th and nothing else so far wich is sad, hard and frustrating . Today is the 114th day since we're waiting for an answer. How long it can take???? Seems like forever! Is really our time nearly? I'm trying to stay positive but is getting sooooooooooo hard!!!
