I just got off the phone with USCIS and the person on the phone seemed to be very uninformed. And stated very clearly three times in a row the I-134 needs to be sent to the USCIS were I filled my case. Which is the exact opposite of what you guys are posting here. So now I'm really confused.
I'm under the imporession that all I need to do is get it nortorized then my fiance will take it to her interview. Why would the USCIS be telling me I need to send it back to them?
Any explination or clarification would be a big help. USCIS seems to know less about process than anyone.
