    Unless you live in a place that has FedEx's third party delivery, go with UPS. I was sent an envelope that cost me $70 from US, arrived 116 kilometers, a two hour drive, from me. They wanted another $40 to deliver it to a town 16 kilometers away and two three more days. UPS uses LBC as their third party delivery which is in almost every town in the Philippines. No extra charges.
