Hopefully long story short. Wife is GC holder (via our marriage, I am US born citizen) and we are working on the adjustment of status for her children (F2A, children under 21 of permanent resident) who are also here currently here in the US.
According to the recently released May Visa Bulletin, based on their I-130 application dates, we will be eligible to submit the I-485 for adjustment of status. Can we do this BEFORE the I-130 has been approved? Seeing conflicting information.
