  1. Hello , i was in the US for 10 yrs and i used a last name from my former husband and its in the Green card, I went back to Phils and now i remarried a US citizen and he petitioned for me, I did not use my current husband's last name instead i used my ex husband last name because it is the same name and alien number i had in green card. my problem is: in the Philippines , the petition was approved and i am doing the consular documentation i have a valid passport that is the married name i had when i was first got married here.(fiipino husband, Divorce ) , My question is: will the visa be stamped in my passport even if it is different name? any one experience this?
